We are pleased to announce the first in a series of yearly diaries.

This work is based on the Münchener Kalendar, a famous yearly product of Otto Hupp,  the reknowned herald and artist. We have brought his idea and his artwork into the modern day, starting a new series of yearly diaries. We are beginning with the arms of the Dioceses of England, with their arms depicted in chronological order, month by month, by date of foundation. The Almanack includes room for notes, as well as the feast days of the year according to the english calendar.

A beautiful gift.

The shield image on the cover (the Royal Arms of England) is reproduced with gracious permission of Andrew Stewart Jamieson, heraldic artist, illuminator and calligrapher. More of his work can be seen on his website: https://www.andrewstewartjamieson.co.uk/.

Other artwork is from Otto Hupp's calendars, as well as colourised versions of arms taken from 17th century playing cards.
